Q: Will I need a city or county permit to build?
A: Yes. ArborVIEW will either obtain ALL necessary permits, or inform the homeowner how to go about the process if they would like to do it themselves.
Q: Does ArborVIEW have an architect?
A: Yes, if your project requires architectural stamped plans, ArborVIEW provides drawings at no additional charge.
Q: We have a ranch house, can we have a gable room?
A: Of course! It will simply require a saddle connection that rides between your existing roof and the sunroom roof.
Q: What is a 3-season room?
A: A room specially suited for use spring, summer and fall, with limited use in the winter. It is never intened to be heated 24 hours a day in winter. We have several versions of 3-season rooms. Examples: Single-pane Glass Horizontal Sliders, Single-hung Glass, Acrylic Sliders, Vinyl Sliders and our most popular Vinyl 4-track.
Q: What is a Vinyl 4-track?
A: It’s a vinyl-paned window that allows you to adjust it from 0% to 70% airflow -completely based on your whims or the weather!
